Maintain confidentially, protecting patient information at all times: minimum information necessary to those with right and need to know. |
Proactive in answering telephone calls and offering assistance to all customers by telephone or in person. |
Effective communication: writes and speaks clearly and concisely, affecting positive and efficient assistance to all requestors. |
Perform required tasks and other duties as assigned, while maintaining a positive attitude. |
Completes job duties in accordance with productivity requirements and quality standards. |
Promptly report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel to order service as needed. |
Performs all other duties as assigned or required. |
Assembles and transport cleaning supplies, equipment and other material to designated work areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. |
Maintains floors, walls, ceilings, windows, fixtures and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. |
Processes general/infectious waste and soiled linen in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. |
Operates all power equipment as dictated by work assignment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. |
Uses equipment, supplies and all other hospital property in a safe and economical manner. |
Maintains environmental services equipment, storage rooms and other materials at a high level of cleanliness and in good repair at all times. |
